What is Panhellenic Recruitment?

Formal Recruitment takes place every fall at the start of a new school year. It is the process the allows all potential new members (PNMs) to meet the nine National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) chapters in our community at UC Davis. The process consists of 5 days or rounds, where each woman going through recruitment is able to meet to members of chapters and make their selection based on the alignment of her values and goals. Following the final round of the recruitment process a woman will be extended a Bid to one of our chapters, which they will then be able to accept at the end of the process, on Bid Day.
