Hi!

I’m Amanda Ralston, the Chapter President of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Kappa is the one of the best things that ever happened to me. I have met my best friends, learned so much about myself and what it means to be a part of my community, and found an unwavering support system. This chapter is full of my lifelong friends and sisters that have changed my life. Through all of our ups and downs, Kappas are always there to lift each other up and make each other’s days brighter. Being President of this sorority is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I am extremely lucky to be able to give back to the organization that has made me the person I am today. Leading this chapter alongside our incredible Leadership Team is the most rewarding experience and one that I will cherish forever. 

 

Looking back on my own recruitment experience freshman year, I know that if I could go back, I would choose Kappa over and over again. As an out-of-state student, Kappa has become my home away from home. A normal year for us is one full of growth, new activities, and leadership opportunities. Our chapter excitedly awaits recruitment, bonding sisterhoods, inspiring philanthropic efforts, and all the glam that comes with our formals. We love to share how much of a home our chapter is to each and every one of us during the recruitment season. Recruitment truly leaves us feeling closer, as it continuously reminds us of the bonds that tie us together and the values of Kappa that called us home as we first embarked on our Panhellenic journeys.
