Delta Gamma

Hi Everyone!

My name is Alissa Ansari and I am the Chapter President of Delta Gamma. I am beyond lucky to have spent these last few years with the wonderful ladies of DG. I have shared my college years with the amazing members of my chapter who have brought me countless memories and opportunities to thrive here in Davis. I have the great privilege of representing the most intelligent, kind, driven, and beautiful group of women I have ever known! We have an exceedingly supportive community where we love nothing more than to “Do Good”. 

Each year, Delta Gamma hosts three philanthropy events through which we raise money for Service for Sight. Our largest- and my favorite- philanthropy event is Anchorsplash!  Every spring, community members gather at the UC Davis Recreation Pool and watch relay races, a belly-flop competition, and a series of choreographed dances by our participating teams! There is truly never a dull moment here at DG and I am so fortunate to be president!
