Mission Statement:

Panhellenic’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all future and current sorority women. We strive to provide information and educational opportunities to create a safer and more inclusive Panhellenic environment. As an organization at a school nationally recognized for being diverse, we hope to have a Panhellenic community that reflects the diversity seen within UC Davis’s student body. Our team’s goal is to provide a space for women of all races, backgrounds, religions, sexualities, socioeconomic statuses, etc to feel safe and succeed.

Duties: 

  • Meet and discuss ways for the Panhellenic community to increase diversity and inclusion within chapters, during recruitment, and in the Davis community as a whole.

  • Will continue to adapt a diversity and inclusion plan that will be presented back to your chapter

  • Report back about ways that chapters have implemented these goals, what still needs to be done, and goals for the next year-

  • Collaboratively work together as a committee to implement your ideas within the Panhellenic and overall Greek Community

Panhellenic DEI Feedback form 

Eligibility: 

  • Regularly enrolled undergraduate student and active member of your chapter

  • In good standing in all areas of your chapter

  • Minimum GPA of 2.5

Time Commitment: 

  • Meet weekly for 1 hr meetings

  • Will be given prompt notice of the dates and times of the meetings
